If you could answer this it would be very helpful: - Have you obtained the Mew under the Christmas tree? If yes, Mew wasn't supposed to be there, it was a bug, and any that got caught were removed. - Have you used your reroll ticket on the Mew that you got because of the bug or did you use it on a legitimate legendary Pokemon? Or was it in your inventory when the servers went down? Please leave a reply below and i will see what can be done. Yes, i use the reroll ticket on the mew under the christmas tree but he removed and my reroll ticket wasnt back to my inventory. Eyebeam Posted December 20, 2017 Share Posted December 20, 2017 Hey, i am sorry to inform you, but there is no way to prove that you used your Reroll Ticket on the Mew that you got because of the bug, and because there is no proof of it we can not refund your Reroll Ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience, the bug was a mistake on our part. If you ever obtain something like a legendary pokemon or something that is not supposed to be where you found it in the future, please make sure that it is a new, legitimate addition to the game and not a bug before doing anything with said pokemon/item. Again, i am truly sorry but we can't restore your Reroll Ticket.
