Last day I watched in my inventory to my pokeballs. I usally had 220 normal Pokeballs and 100 ultra Pokeballs. So I watched into it and there are 0 Pokeballs, I payed around 190k for them, if I don't get them back I would be very pissed...

As hahahaka said(thanks!), if you are doing the Pinkan Island quest the NPC standing infront of the forest will temporarily take your Pokeballs away.
