I dont know what happen but I CANNOT GET MY XMAS PRESENT...

It started when i go to cryost, lag and full try to receive my xmas present.. It freeze and i couldnt do anything..

And when i try to relog it disappear and the xmas present disappear !

Pls i really want my xmas present

Have you checked your bag to see if the items are already there?

And i realise it when i battle with regice

(after relog the blue ball is in front of me )

And i dont have any ball except normal pokeball and great ball ive hit with all my pokeball's might and its dc)

idk its because my internet or lag cause of the crazy full player

Yeah it makes a trail of stressfull

Makes me crazy with that regice cause i cant get that again

Thx artoriel admin fixed it totally no problem anymore
