Hello,

Yes, Regice is a one time chance. You can make sure that the servers and your internet connection are stable before attempting to catch it, then after Regice is caught you can relog immediately to force-save your data. Master balls are included in the present so it shouldn't take too long :Smile:

We haven't decided yet on what the next year Christmas present will be :Grin:
