▹ Regarding the frozen blue ball, if you didn't get the pokemon inside of it yet, you need to defeat Boss Kaguya in order to get a chance to catch the pokemon; be advised that she has a 2 days cooldown in the case you lose, and that the legendary in the ball will only remain available until the 28th (included). :Exclam:

You can also talk to Shamac Claus on this map to get a new shot at catching it, in case you missed the first time; but only once.

 

 

 

I will also state here for further, easier check, that you are playing on Blue server.
