Yeah I'd like to know why is the RED server the only one that goes offline all the time (please don't ban me, I am new to PRO, and I don't know how things work)

The server is down for maintenance. We announce this 20 minutes before we take the servers down both ingame and on our Discord server.

 

Some quotes from the Discord announcement channel:

The servers are currently in routine maintence. That is why they are locked. There is no eta on when they will be back up. Please be paitent in the meanwhile

Red's going to be down for a while. Shane is running some diagnostics on the database to find out what's making it so slow. He estimates that he'll be around an hour and half.

We know it's taking longer than expected but we'd rather have a fixed server than a server that keeps crashing on Christmas day. Hopefully you are all having a nice Christmas. Thanks for sharing your concerns.
