Did you happen, by any chance, to have missed the dialogue of this NPC?

 

If so, get back to Whoville's entrance and talk to him again, and the Officer should move away from the lair's entrance :Angel:

ya hice todo.. hable mil veces con el cientifico, con el otro doctor,pelie con jackson,hable con el poke rosa q es enfermera y no me dio la pot.. hable con todos en el barco,pelie con todos.. ya hice de todo y no se q pasa q no me deja pasar el poli par hablar con captain del barco.
