▹ Could you provide us a screenshot of you trying to interact with the gift?

 

 

▹ Regarding the frozen blue ball, you need to defeat Boss Kaguya in order to get a chance to catch the pokemon; be advised that she has a 2 days cooldown in the case you lose, and that the legendary in the ball will only remain available until the 28th (included). :Exclam:

You can also talk to Shamac Claus on this map to get a new shot at catching it, in case you miss the first time; but only once.

 

 

 

I will also state here for further, easier check, that you are playing on Yellow server.

In the future, please state the server you're playing on, it makes things easier and go faster on our end :Grin:

I can't interact in any way with the present, it just disappeared when I interacted with it, the pokeball popped up, and then the disconnect happened maybe 5 seconds after when I was reading present text.
