I hunt for Duskull and Cubone in Pokemon Tower 7F. Luckily I meet a Duskull, I catch it and continue hunting. I meet a Rattata but I was disconnected. Then I come to Pokemon Center and check the computer but I don't see my Duskull I've just caught. Please help me, it's a rarity-8 Pokemon.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

Relogging is the ticket to staving off most rollback cases. By relogging, you effectively force-save the data, as your client tells the database to save your data to ensure that it's retained by the time you log back in. Because the client needs a little time to processually communicate with the database to save it, you are advised not to "force-end" your client—be it through terminating it via the task-manager prematurely, insta-shutting off your computer, and so on.

Relog legitimately everytime you find a valuable pokemon in order to avoid any possibility to lose it in a rollback in the next few minutes;
