PRO is not working for me at the moment and I think is a problem on the DLL file. Does anyone know how to help, pls?

 

Hello there, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience;

Could you elaborate about your issue? What error do you get? Do you still have the .dll file, or it doesn't extract/deletes itself? Which OS are you playing on?

 

Try to run the game in admin mode, and compatibility mode;

also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet!

 

Otherwise: Have you tried these following steps, already, from the Read this before making a General Support topic ?

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using
WinRAR or 7zipDisable anti-virus program
Restart computer


Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

  • The Unarchiver
  • WinZip5
  • Keka
  • BetterZiip


Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
