I arrived at the exact time, always missing 10 minutes, I was interacting with the npc but I could not get in, he said "let me see if you can enter" I closed the dialogue and stayed in that same .. is there any prerequisite? Does the whole team need to be in lvl 100?

Chance is 1/25 (4%).

You just have a chance each day when you talk to the NPC. If he says he can see the island, then you can go. Otherwise you have to wait till the next day.

yes and if you can go there, you can freely enter or exit for 24 hours

just 4% to go there .

Hello,

As everyone above me mentioned (thanks everyone!) you can speak with the NPC every 24 hours. There is a 4% chance that he will tell you that he can see Mirage Island. If that happens you will be able to freely enter and leave Mirage Island for the next 24 hours.
