since then i cant do any boss at some point I will be disconnected and get the crappy long cooldown.

 

What should i do ?

So you keep getting disconnected whilst battling bosses? Does any error come up whilst battling the other bosses?

A potential fix to this problem is to move PRO to D: (or any other hard drive other than C:). This avoids any possible reading/writing permission issues, as on C: it can be tricky due to the presence of important OS files.
