nothing, i just caught seventh pokemon

so i caught my seventh pokemon, and i am wondering is there a way to put that pokemon instead of one of those i had before in the list in the upper left corner. i am sorry i don't know how to explain it better, thanks in advance.

 

also, for some reason i can't write my complete username in the field where it says pro username, i hope it won't cause any problem, it is gothicmiriel.

Guess you just need to go to the PC in one of the Pokemon Centers. There you can switch your Pokemon.

Hope i didn't misunderstood you.
