Good idea, torkoal will be better than ninetails i think.

It doesnt have drought? Thats common knowledge that most Torkoal's caught in Emerald / Saphire / Ruby had the move drought ! that seems a bit off putting to know that it doesnt have drought.

Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience;

PRO is based off of Gen 5 and 6, though Torkoal only got Drought ability from Gen 7 and onwards; thus, it won't be added to PRO. :Shy:

I'm afraid you will have to do with TM61 Sunny Day (that you can buy at Celadon Mart, for $2,000, as listed in the TM & Move Tutors guide) or a Drought Ninetales :Grin:
