i purchased the 60 day memebership from the ingame store around 5th decemeber. it ran out a few days ago. can you look into this pls

that's not usually happen, are you sure you bought 60 days?

something that could happen was that you bought it from a player and instead of 60 days you bought 30.

 

But, luck with your case.

no i brought through the store not from other players...at first i thought maybe i purchased 30 day membership but then looked at my coins and i have 60. i paid with paypal to buy coins 4 times and the only things i have brought are:

 

fast surf 100c

mount 50c

membership 190c

 

thats total 340c and i have 60c left on my account. if i brought the 30 day membership that would be 250c and i should have 150c left over

Hi Cyber, for future reference, your PRO Dashboard will show the expiration date for your current membership. I'd recommend checking this just to make sure your membership is indeed expired; sometimes my membership icon takes awhile to load at the top left of the screen, which leads me to believe my membership expired prematurely (although it did not)! It may also be a good idea to log into your Paypal and verify that you've donated four times, just to make sure your maths are correct. :Angel: If so, I would suggest posting this in the Donations and Coin Issues forum as a staff member will have to personally look into your case in order to solve this problem.
