I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this. I'm wondering why I can't login in yellow but I can login in other servers. I check the server status, and yellow is not down either. Do you guys know how can i get rid of this problem? :thanks:

Sometimes, the server can be down while the website displays it being online. Just be patient and refresh the page if it's possible the server is simply down. :Angel:

 

If you are receiving a “Can not connect to server” prompt, try to completely close the client, relaunch, and try again. In most cases, you'll receive this message because the server is down.

 

If you see a "Logging in" prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point as the client is attempting to establish a connection. If it takes a copious amount of time, you're most likely in a 'ghost' queue. You'll be logged in momentarily once you're first in queue. This can happen when too many people try to join the server at once.

 

If you receive a "Server Locked" prompt, the server is currently locked by an admin and cannot be connected to at this time. Please wait for the server reboot!

 

If you try loading up the launcher and it freezes momentarily after receiving a "Connecting to server" prompt, you'll have to completely close the client and open it up once again. It can happen three to five times, but in most cases, this occurs because the server is down.

I already relaunched the client. I even restarted my laptop.

When i log in, it says "logging in..", blinks, and says "logging in.." again then fade.

so it says "logging in.." twice.

I can repeat it right after the second logging in.

In other servers, i can log in easily.

It's been almost 3 hours since this happened.
