what happens, its just for the event?

i catch the gifts, and 3 master balls in the event ( yes, i don't forget to take the Grimge cave before boos fight)

▹ You've tried to mailed the mount to your alternative account, back the 24th December; you forgot the numbers in the name, therefore wound up sending it to the wrong person, which isn't active in the game, so I've sent you a new one. Please be more careful next time :Sing:

 

▹ Regarding the masterball, since it's not tradable or holdable, you most likely just used it without noticing, and we can't help you for that.

 

▹ As for the pokémon, are you sure you didn't release them? You've traded a Snorlax away, recently, along with other lvl100 pokémon, but you only got it like 15min before that, most likely to be able to pass a boss. If it's not the one you're mentioning, could you provide any information about it? (Level, nature, ability, IVs, OT, or the ID itself)
