Hi, unfortunately, locking ivs has not been working since forever if I'm not mistaken and personally, I don't think will ever be implemented as it will greatly affect the usage of reroll tickets and its market(if its made tradeable again) in the future. Currently, the ability to lock Iv's and reroll the others is not in the game currently. The locking system which you would have played around with is currently there from very early on in PRO and has been removed due to community feedback. I'm sorry this has happened. The option is disabled due to the feedback from the community. There is however an option to reroll IVs and Natures, but only for your legendary Pokemon. You can find the IV Reroller; Pyschic Marina, in Vermilion City.
