i don't play pokemon revolution a few months and i go back to play again -with christmas actualization- and when i walk with my character sometimes velocity turns more slow.

 

someone can explain me what's happening with mac users?

Mac users should be able to play the game just fine. If you were playing in a populated area (for instance, the Christmas Maps have been packed with users), you may experience some lag. If the lag is extreme and happens frequently, however, I would suggest you double-check the Minimum Requirements and ensure your system has the specs (or better) in order to properly run PRO. You should also try the following Crash Issue Solutions and see if any of these work for you.

 

If you've tried the above to no avail, it could also be your connection causing complications. Try running your game in admin mode, and also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet. If your internet is a public connection, the administrators could possibly be blocking PRO; your provider themselves could also be blocking PRO, and in these cases, you'll have to contact the authorizing figures and find out if they are.

 

If you're using a proxy, I would recommend trying a different proxy or turning it off (if possible). If you have changed ISPs and/or routers recently, (or perhaps a router getting a bit old), there could also be some issues with your internet being slow, or your router being faulty. You can troubleshoot your internet and run a Speed Test using this Internet Troubleshooting Guide here. I would recommend looking up a troubleshooting guide for your specific router, but you can also follow this General Router Troubleshooting Guide.

 

If the above still doesn't work, there may be a faulty part on your Mac. I would suggest following use the Mac Hardware Test on your PC and run some tests to ensure your device is working properly.

with windows 7 have the same problem.

 

the same problem with other users, i think is a bug with uptade, I hope you correct it as fast as possible, it's sad to play slow battles,
