Singham Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 You can trade, but if you are in Kanto, then you can only trade Kanto Pokemon and once you enter Johto, until you defeat the eight gyms, you won't be able to trade Kanto Pokemon i.e., you can only trade Johto Pokemon till the time you beat 8 gyms.
