They say the main cave is inaccessible and such but i was able to use waterfall just fine. Now its just a matter of finding Carbink. I was wondering if he was one of the two ? on the map and if so what time of day does he show up? I would use the dex but I haven't seen a Carbink yet. Can someone assist me? As @Purplemauth stated, yes, Carbink spawns on land all day.
