What have you done before the problem was there?

I dont know what happen, im really sure that im already catch Glaceon at my pokedex too...

I forgot about the stats iv, but when i wanna show off to my friend this glaceon is missing..

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I checked my pc many times but my glaceon still missing

Im sorry, im not describe the matter.

I already catch glaceon, and my pokedex show it. My local time is 16.00 when i catch it(i forgot the real time is), im playing it at pc version.

Then im playing at my android at 19.00 local time(my intention is to show off to my friend) but that glaceon is missing, in my party and my pc at poke center.

People said its rollback, but i dont think so cause i still can playing PRO untill 16.30.

 

Why this happen? can i get my glaceon back?
