Did you ever solve the problem? I have the same problem

Hello there,

This issue is known and a fix is currently in the process of being made, which will be released on the new client. While waiting for the new client to be released, you can try the following workaround (as quoted by Shane):

The "resolution" issue is known. It will be fixed in a non mandatory client update next time due to being unity engine bug. For now, there is a simple workaround; Keep selecting greater res gradually until you get desired result. If a certain resolution throws an error simply select another one from the same nest.
In simple terms, just change your resolution, starting at a low one and increasing it to what you'd like the resolution to be at. If one resolution size doesn't work, you'll just need to select a different one.

As there is no following information on this issue, I'll now lock this topic. Both of you have a great day!
