Sorry for the inconvenience; Alomomola is able to learn Wish from the Move Relearner, but if the option isn't showing up, you need to teach it Healing Wish first. After teaching your Alomomola Healing Wish, go back to the Move Relearner and Wish should be available to be taught to your Alomomola.
