Hello again, and once again, sorry for the inconvenience;

Do you both own DirectX 11?

To check which version you're currently using, follow these steps:

Go to Start Screen,
Type dxdiag and hit Enter:
Under the System tab, you will see the DirectX version installed on your computer.

[*]It should look like this (sorry for french):

If you don't, it seems that you will have to update to DirectX 11; to do so, you'd rather google it, as it seems troublesome on Windows 10, and is different for each OS version :Shy:

Furthermore, you can try to force run the game in dx11, by adding [c]-force-d3d11[/c] argument to your shortcut target box, as shown below (once again, sorry for french):

Disclaimer: Don't just type everything as it is in my screenshot, it still has to match your game folder's name, and location: it's just to show how to add the -force argument!

Note the absence of quotation marks around the argument, this is important, too.

Also I must say that I use Windows 7 but with the previous versions I could use the Windows 10 "-force-d3d9" fix and it would work. Otherwise I would get the same crash message when starting the client the normal way.

Now that that doesn't work anymore I tried switching my compatibility mode to windows 7 and starting as admin... but still the same crash error.

I also followed all the steps on the Windows 7 fix without succes.

So nothing really seems to work.

Have the exact same problem. With crashes every 30 sec the game is unplayable for me.

The bad news that the same to me, i already have DirectX11 and try to do with "d3d11" but it did not work. Hope we have the way to fix this problem.
