I forgot my password and I tried to forget pass but I am not able to login to may yahoo email cuz I'm using gmail... icant open my yahoo... help :Frown:

Unfortunately, you'll need to able to access the e-mail currently assigned to your account in order to change the password on your PRO account. We can do nothing about your Yahoo account, therefore you'll need to begin the Account Recovery Process with Yahoo. Hopefully with that, you should be able to recover your Yahoo Account and then begin the process of resetting your PRO Account password.

 

If you're still having trouble, you should make a post in the General Complaint Forum, which is private and only accessible by full staff members. You should include all necessary details (such as the username and e-mail address) when posting in that forum.
