What have you done before the problem was there?

due to my lack of money, I could't afford a bike. So I purchased a glaceon mount (because I heard, that it can be used instead of a bike when you want to get to route 16)

I tried to mount it when i stood next to the npc police officer, who is always saying "you have to have a bicycle or something different", but i couldn't get through.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Then I asked the help chat and they told me, that the arkani mount works perfectly fine and that it's maybe a problem of the new glaceon mount (maybe it's not properly coded yet)
