So I purchased a glaceon mount (because I heard, that it can be used instead of a bike when you want to get to route 16) I tried to mount it when i stood next to the npc police officer, who is always saying "you have to have a bicycle or something different", but i couldn't get through. What have you already tried to solve the problem?
