Hi Xzant2,

 

Are you stuck in that location and unable to get out? If so, try the following steps:

Stuck

- Try Alt+Tab

- Use an escape rope

- Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited pokecenter

- Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar

- Log out, and then back in

- If still stuck ask for help in the Live support chat.

Since your problem is related to being stuck and not a map error, I'll now move this topic to the General Support forum.

 

Let me know how it goes after trying the above solution(s). (If they do not work, a full staff member will need to 'unstuck' you).
