Hi! First of all, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But as you can see, what happened is not a bug or glitch whatsoever. So, we can't help to refund on this case as it is a normal transaction done by a player and npc. The best thing I can help is to share a few guides where you can learn to make money easily.
