Hi there,

 

Make sure that you download the correct client; if you have a 32-bit processor, you'll need to download the 32-bit client, and if you have a 64-bit processor, it is recommended that you download the 64-bit client.

If you've made sure that this is the case, then:

 

Do you use either WinRAR or 7zip, and have you tried to repair the .zip file before opening it?

 

If you do not currently use WinRAR or 7zip, please download either of them: WinRAR or 7zip.

 

Afterward, follow the instructions below:

- Open your WinRAR application

- Locate your RAR, ZIP or 7z file

- Select the file and click on “Tools” or “ALT + S“

- Click on Repair Archive tab

- Click on the Radio Button followed by “Treat the Corrupt Archive as Zip“

- The Repair process will start. Click done when completed.
