i wanted to do jirachi quest but it won't start cuz i have jirachi own data from xmas incident.

but i couldnt start the quest. i suppose it should appear in my house to start... idk i am lost

i did beat the 3 reggis and raykaza and have 210 evo (exactly) and all dex from kanto to hoenn

i want to say that when i wanted to start the quest (and found that problem); i saw in the littleroot intrance the press agents filming latios then they left after the dialogue. thats how far i got in quest i think

thats exactly the problem; i am following the guide and i didnt find it in the house... i am lost i dont know what wrong i did in the quest...
