So I am really wanting a Shroomish however I am pretty new to PRO and thus have only completed the fourth GYM. So as you probably guessed I don't really have any high-value pokemon or a ton of cash, however I also don't care about EV's or IV's that much (it would be better if they weren't garbage but seen I want it cheap I really couldn't care much). I have 6,500 on me right now [i bought the bike and lost all my cash :( ] and some alright pokemon (not rare or anything tho) so if your interested plz respond.

 

Also it would be a great help if you told me if I was being unrealistic or not. Thanks

Shroomish can only be traded if you finished kanto and are now at johto. PM me later if youre now at johto ill give you one free but effect spore ability and not good ivs.
