Probably a noob question, but I can't seem to find this particular little room in Mt.moon. I searched for guides, but they only mention it in the context of dig site lists, with no specifics as to how you're supposed to reach it.

You should be able to access this area by using the following ladders that my character is facing on these floors:

 

Mt. Moon 1F:

Mt. Moon B1F:

After the last ladder, You should be brought to Mt. Moon B2F. Let me know screenshots help you; otherwise I can take more if needed.
