I searched for guides, but they only mention it in the context of dig site lists, with no specifics as to how you're supposed to reach it. Moon 1F: Mt. Moon B1F: After the last ladder, You should be brought to Mt. Moon B2F. Let me know screenshots help you; otherwise I can take more if needed.
