I am not able to go to tutor heaven, despite reaching the ladder last season.

Same for me ✋ (Red Server 19th last season)

Interestingly enough, Thor doesn't seem to mind me going there now.

Note that this may be because I currently am on the ladder on Blue server (which is what I expect to have triggered the difference)

Idk if it is working as intended and someone fixed it without replying here, but it seems to be fine for now.

Tutor Heaven was indeed fixed yesterday, which is why Thor has since allowed you to go as you wish. Your current ranking on this season's ladder has not affected this.
