Sad to hear that you missed Heatran, but dont worry, if you missed a Level 99 heatran, come back with a synch and Slave, Lv30 one is waiting to be your friend. If you missed a Lv30 one, come Trainer Valley and fight Nikola boss, you will have a second chance to catch Heatran if you win.

As [mention]ProDex[/mention] has said, you have two ways of re-catching your Heatran, which you can look at here.

 

You have infinite chances, so don't worry. If possible, I'd recommend getting a Masterball (they just cost 10 PvP coins) to catch the Lv30 Heatran. Good luck on catching Heatran!
