What have you done before the problem was there?

The game has been running smoothly.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

ive tried signing out and signing back in but the pokemon with the potion for the captain is not there.

 

Description and Message

For some reason I cannot find the pokemon that has the potion for the captain ive searched every room and every place i've even got messages of other players not able to find it.....

It might be a bug but I cant continue with the game without that potion.

As i continue with looking i am finding more and more member's unable to find this pokemon even after trying on the mobile version aswell..

Can you explain in details what you did after entering S.S.Anne?

I battled every trainer i possible could then i also searched every trash can for item's, after that i was confused and looked up how to see the captrain it said i had to speak to the doctor which i have about 100 times now to see if it was a glitched... After i spoke to the doctor i went to the ball roll place and tried to find the pokemon i still have not found it.
