Description and Message

I was training my Ampharos and realized it wouldn't learn Cotton Guard. It's not even available via move relearner. My Ampharo is lv. 49 now and it should be able to learn Cotton Guard.

I hope someone can fix it quickly, because Ampharos (which is UU) would be even less usable without its signature move.

Please, tell me it's not another way of "making the game more challenging" because it's not fun to hunt our favorite Pokémon with the perfect nature and Ivs, to train them, and then discover that someone modified them only to make our lives harder. I pay membership only to be able to get my favorite Pokémon easier, it's not fair that they come with moves missing like that!

I beg someone to do something!

Are the moderators aware of this problem? I don't mind waiting, but I want to make sure that issues like this are one of their top priorities. I don't mean to be petulant, don't get me wrong. From the start I've been avoiding a lot of different Pokémon, because I know they are not working as expected (Ditto, Chansey, Muk, Weezing, Gyarados and Slowbro's hidden abilities and so many others), and now I have this defective Ampharos. To be honest, I'm getting discouraged to play this game.
