Every time i click on PRO64.exe it shows a black screen

Every time I click on PRO64.exe it shows a black screen and I can hear the music but cant see anything. If I click on the login button or to play it says I can play but I still have a black screen. Please help me it has been going on for a week. Thank you and goodbye.

Please try the following, as listed on the Issue Guide:

If you have a black screen instead of the login screen when you start your game client, here are the quick steps to follow for an easy fix:

  1. Change your desktop screen resolution,
  2. Launch your PRO game client,
  3. Revert your resolution change back to your initial one.
