I do get the message .."After your payment have been verified.....relog..." but nothing pops up. To my understanding its paypal. Once you click on the Bag icon, you need to click on the Get Coins button: Once you do, your browser should immediately open a Paypal page. It should look like this: At the same time the message that you described will pop up in-game. In case you are not using Google Chrome, please try downloading it and make it your default browser. I myself am using both Google Chrome and a pop up blocker, it should not interfere with Paypal. If you are using Chrome, please try it with a different browser and share your results here.
