When I click get coins nothing happens. I don't have any pop up blockers on that I know of.

 

I do get the message .."After your payment have been verified.....relog..." but nothing pops up. To my understanding its paypal.

May i ask you which web browser are you using?

Once you click on the Bag icon, you need to click on the Get Coins button:

Once you do, your browser should immediately open a Paypal page. It should look like this:

At the same time the message that you described will pop up in-game.

In case you are not using Google Chrome, please try downloading it and make it your default browser. I myself am using both Google Chrome and a pop up blocker, it should not interfere with Paypal.

If you are using Chrome, please try it with a different browser and share your results here.
