Where is the Valley of Steel underground... I cant find it anywhere and ive searched all over the place. Where is it?

 

Hello,

Once you enter Valley of steel go straight down until you reach the ladder. Go through the small cave and you should be here:

Once there, go towards left then straight up until you see a bridge. Go right below that bridge, there is a spot where you can pass below a stone arch:

Once you pass that spot go right until you see Teacher Chelsea:

Enter the cave on the picture and you will be in Cave Of Steel, go straight up and you will see a ladder that connects to Valley Of Steel Underground. Keep in mind that you will need the move Iron Defense in case you wish to explore it. Flash is also helpful but not mandatory.
