Bjorn Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Hello everyone, I re-downloaded the client yesterday (6/2/2018) and while i launched it an error occured. I couldn't printscreen it for some reason so i'm just gonna type what the message was all about. So: "Pokemon Revolution - Unity 2017.0.3.0f3 (a9f86dcd79df) Pokemon Revolution has encountered an error and must close. A crash report named "Crash_2018-02-07_142836" has been generated.These files can be sent to PROTeam for analysis.Would you like to open this folder now?" Astraea Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 Hi Bjorn, Could you respond with the crash report, either pasted and linked from a third-party website like Pastebin, or directly pasted here within spoiler tags? It'd be hard for us to assist you if we don't know what the error is exactly; there could be a multitude of reasons why a crash report was generated. Kind Regards, Astraea. Depending on your OS, the steps may vary: Windows 7 or earlier Click Start, type dxdiag in the search box. Tap or click on dxdiag from the results. Check DirectX Version on the first page of the report in the System Information section. Windows 8.1 or 8 Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Type dxdiag in the search box. Or, just type dxdiag from Start. Tap or click on dxdiag from the results. Check DirectX Version on the first page of the report in the System Information section. Windows 10 From Start, type dxdiag in the Search box, and then press enter. Tap or click on dxdiag from the results. Check DirectX Version on the first page of the report in the System Information section.Second, can you ensure that your graphics driver is up to date? If you have an AMD Graphics Driver—which I'm assuming is the case, based on your crash dump—you can use the AMD Driver Autodetect Tool to check and update it. Bjorn Posted February 7, 2018 Author Share Posted February 7, 2018 I have the DirectX 12 according to "dxdiag". Also i used that AMD tool 3 days ago to install and update my drivers and after that i got that error. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
