Hello, do you have 100 Kanto Pokemon caught data? Caught data is necessary in order to revive the Porygon. Please let me know if you do have them and it still does not work for you, in the meantime, <br/>

Could you please post a screenshot of Davis's dialogue when he refuses to take the Silver Disc? This might help us in solving your problem.
