You have to hunt hitmonlee and hitmonchan seperatley in mt silver. both are ms pokemon i believe. Tyrogue has yet to be coded to evolve into Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan (it can evolve into Hitmontop) I'm extremely sorry for this inconvenience. An announcement will be made when the evolution will be implemented into the game.
