Tympole

Hello. Today I catched Tympole i some cave when i was looking for holes to Dig. I catched this Pokemon when I started to Dig, but still this Pokemon didnt return to my computer or my Pokemon team. What's goin on?

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience;

Make sure you don't have 900 pokémon stored in PC already before catching a new pokémon or getting one as reward, as it's the maximum amount of storage available (it's equal to 60 boxes full of pokémon, including your current party)

  • You can also check your current amount of owned pokémon on your Trainer Card:
    • ( This icon on the GUI, bottom left: PcDIXnU.png )

Hi Szymczokx,

 

Can you take a look at Calahan's reponse and verify that you do not have the max number of Pokemon in your possession? If you have the max number—which is 900 total Pokemon, as stated in your trainer card—you'll need to release Pokemon before catching more.

 

If the above is not the case, I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to catch the Tympole. You may have lost it in a crash or rollback. Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything lost in a crash or rollback, which you can find more about here. Therefore, you won't receive any reward or compensation for this situation, I'm afraid.

Based on your screenshot, I believe you may have gotten hit by a crash and/or rollback. I'm extremely sorry for your situation, however, there is nothing we can do to further your case as we will not refund anything.
