Cupid City, NPC missing?

Hello, im not sure if this is important or not, and maybe its just me but I battled the boss and did the little Nido quests, but it seems that there's an NPC missing from Cupid City

 

 

I just happened to notice screenshots of other players seeing him, also should mention that when I i try to walk where he is i get bounced away!~ :Heart: :Heart:

The servers are being really slow at the moment. This is probably the reason why some NPCs aren't displayed correctly for a few players.

Hopefully after a reboot, this should work well. If not, tell us with a reply on this topic and I'll try to see what I can do :)
