very straightforward idea: add a warning for updates/server resets.

 

One of the worst things when doing story is when you just reached a late e4 member, you're in battle, and suddenly the server restarts.....there you are at the pokecenter again.

I mean seriously it shouldn't be too hard to implement some kind of warning before you reset (when it's not forced cuz of some kind of mistake ofcourse).

I can't help but feel that i'm not the only one to hate resets because of this issue....

 

You guys are doing great tho, no doubt about that, PRO made me addicted the moment I joined which imo is somehow a good thing, just make sure people don't leave because something wasn't thought about while it's just a case of using common sense to put it/remove it from the game, depending on the subject..

Warnings for routine server maintenance are given both in-game and also on the official PRO Discord. Generally, the server will be warned ten minutes prior to maintenance; the server is also locked to prevent players from entering right before maintenance starts.

 

Anytime the server goes down without any warning or official announcement, it is because it was an unexpected crash rather than a planned maintenance; we apologize for the times that the server does go down without notice—we are constantly working on improving the stability of it, but it isn't perfect.
