I just created an account and downloaded the program, and I was able to log in successfully at the start. The problem arises when loading the map. It's been running for 13 minutes with no progress bar. The progresss bar is actually intractable, and does nothing else but go where you click it. I deleted and reinstalled, but the problem is still there.

 

Anybody know what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks in advance

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience;

If restarting your client doesn't help, please try to run the game in admin mode, as well as adding an exception for the game to your antivirus and firewall, as it should be a connectivity issue and these might block it.

 

In the case it still doesn't work, would you be able to try logging on another connection, such as mobile set as hotspot?
