February 19, 20188 yr Hi there, Struggle is a move that every Pokemon can use when none of its moves are usable, although no Pokemon can naturally learn it. July 15, 20187 yr An easy way to use Struggle is to equip an Assault Vest to your Pokemon and teach it nothing but Status moves. Assault Vest Struggle Ditto. NOW IT CAN FIGHT BACK!
